LEADERSHIP

Mr. Royal was named CEO in September of 2024. Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Royal served on the OMCC Board of Directors since October 2017 and as Chairman of the Board since January 2019. Mr. Royal has been the President of Dundee Bank located in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to joining Dundee Bank, he was Second Vice President of First National Bank of Omaha. Mr. Royal also serves as a director for Boston Omaha Corporation. Mr. Royal received both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Creighton University and completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania.
